Hot Chicken Salad

Another recipe from my momma's kitchen...

2 c. chicken (cooked)
1 c. celery
1/2 c. almonds (sliced)
2 tbsp. onions
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter (melted)

Mix all together, except crackers and butter.
Place mixture in prepped baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over mixture, then drizzle melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly and brown!





This recipe made a lot for just two people eating, so I froze the remaining and we ate it for dinner another night. It tasted just as good the second time :)
