Black Bean Salsa

This is seriously so good. I am urging you to make it.
We had it last night with tacos.

What you need:
can of black beans, drained and rinsed
bag of frozen corn
red bell pepper, chopped
bunch of cilantro, chopped
8 green onions, sliced (I didn't include these because T doesn't like them)
lime, sliced in half and squeezed for lime juice
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin (add more to make it spicier)
1/4 tsp. salt


Add beans, corn, red bell pepper, and cilantro


Cut lime and squeeze lime juice in bowl


Add salt, cumin, and vinegar


Mix well.


Serve with chips!
(Best to make it a few hours before serving)
