Tastes better than it sounds!

Everyday I read Kelly's Korner. One day I was browsing through the different tabs on her blog and found a recipe blog she started and used to update often (before she was having to run around and keep up with her two little ones I'm sure). I found one recipe that I thought sounded interesting and seemed extremely easy and cheap to make. I thought I'd give it a shot.

The evening I was making them, T asked "Hey La, whats for dinner?" I told him what it was called and he didn't seem too excited about it, haha.

So…. here is the recipe.

Meat Cupcakes, or as T has renamed them Hamburger Muffins, haha!

(Troy was kinda hesitant because of the name at first, but ended up loving them! I asked him if he'd like for it to be repeated and his answer was yes!)

Ingredients:

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1 T. mustard
2 T. brown sugar
1 can biscuits
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Directions:

Cook beef and drain.
Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
Add the sauce to the beef.
Separate biscuits.
Spray non-sticking spray in muffin tin.
Form dough into cups on the muffin tin.
Spoon the meat into dough cups
Bake according to biscuit directions.
Within the last few minutes: take out of oven, sprinkle with cheese, and put back in oven for a few minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serve!
