One of my roommates while I went to MTSU came to Memphis for a few days! I was so happy to see Katie and it was great to visit.
On Thursday night Katie, her mom, her roommate next year who lives in Germantown--Amanda, and I went to Jerry's for snow cones and Friday night we went and ate at Las Delicias.
It was my first time to eat at Las Delicias and it was SOO good… the best "real mexican" I've had in a while. Thanks for introducing it to me, Amanda!
They make their tortilla chips homemade in the store… so yummy! I told T we will have to go soon--I think he'll love it!
Love you, Katie! So glad I got to see you both Thursday and Friday nights (I know its tough to see me--I'm really busy and in high demand here in Memphis-ha!) I cherish your friendship more than you know and truly believe God brought us to each other at a perfect time as we were both transferring to a school we knew little about! I wouldn't have made it in Murfreesboro without you! You were a blessing of a roommate!
