Grilled Salmon

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day.
Ours was extremely low key--as I feel like much of anything we do is, haha!

Troy was studying all day--at home and at the GEB (General Education Building on campus).
But……. this should be his last Labor Day doing so! :)
There is, in fact, light at the end of the tunnel!

For dinner we had one of our faves, grilled salmon, and I realized I don't think I've shared it on here… so I thought I'd change that tonight!

I don't have an "exact" recipe, but basically I get the salmon from the fresh seafood area in the grocery, add 3 ingredients, then T grills it on the grill--2 minutes on the non-scale side and 5 minutes on the scale side. And its SOOOO GOOD!

ingredients:
atlantic salmon
fresh lemon juice
olive oil
Tone's Rosemary Garlic seasoning

I got this seasoning at Sam's and its so good on the salmon!

(I do all of this on the non-scale side only)
squeeze fresh lemon juice on fish.
add small amount of olive oil and spread it around the fish.
sprinkle rosemary garlic seasoning on top then grill.
make sure the grill is really hot! the scale side should peel off easily once cooked (2 mins/5 mins)
so simple.
