Breakfast Casserole

I made this breakfast casserole a couple of weeks ago for dinner and thought I'd share.

(Brinner is a favorite at the Watson household.)

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 lb bacon or sausage, cooked
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
6 slices of bread, torn is small pieces
1 T. dry mustard
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients above and put in a greased 9x13 dish.
Put in fridge overnight. (So make it the night before you want to serve it.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.

It's so good and reminds me of Disciple Now weekends in middle school at FBCH.
(I loved Disciple Now!! I think I only got to do it throughout middle school though--they stopped doing it in high school. Pure disappointment.)
I feel like Mom would make this and take it to the house I was staying at, or if I was assigned at my own house, she'd make it for us group of girls. Its a great breakfast dish and can serve a lot!
Also, SRB-if you're reading this… this is the same casserole I made at bible study!
