Better Than Anything

The dessert cravings are still pretty consistent late into the evening.

I made this one last week.

"Better Than Anything" Cake--also commonly referred to something else, but I don't have the guts to post that title. You might be able to feel the warmth of my blushed cheeks through your mouse if I did.

This is what you need:

1 box devil's food cake mix (+ whatever it calls for on the back)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar hot fudge sauce
1-8 oz container of cool whip
4 Skor candy bars, crushed (I only used 3 because they were buy 2 get 1 free at Kroger)



Make and bake cake according to box directions in a 9x13 in pan.
As soon as it comes out of the oven, poke holes with the handle of a wooden spoon all over the cake.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.
Let it cool completely.
Next spread fudge over the cake, and put in the fridge to set.
When it is cool, spread cool whip over the top and then top with crushed Skor bars.
Refrigerate leftovers.
(I like this cake better the next day as the cake gets more moist.)

I plan on making ONE MORE DESSERT--one that Brittany makes with Oreo's that's sooooo good--and then we're taking a break from our large sugar intake (unless I want to commit to stabbing myself in the stomach with insulin for the rest of my life). Or at least that's the plan as of tonight. :)
