Two of A Kind

Tah-Dah!

Things look different around here and I hope you like it as much as I do!

Sweetie Baby's Designs created this and I love the way it turned out.

After moving, I knew I wanted to do something different on here since we were no longer "Walkin' In Memphis", and after some thinking, this is what I decided on.

The new blog name comes from an old Garth Brooks song. The silly, light-hearted song really isn't that significant to me, (although I have vivid memories of my Dad blasting Garth Brooks and Hal Ketchum CDs in the living room of this sweet house--the first house my parents built--the house they brought me home from the hospital. My Dad planted those then-little, now-big trees. Time is a weird thing.)

but I feel like T and I really are two of a kind, working on a full house.

(Plus, I am his easy lovin' woman and he is my hard working man, no doubt!)

The idea of us "working on our full house" has various meanings to me.

I think of us working towards an actual, physical, "brick and mortar" house.

I think of us working towards creating our future family of little ones.

I think of us working and intentionally building relationships with others and having them in our home.

And I think of us just creating our life--full of people and things that matter most to us.

I hope over the next several years, to document all these things coming into fruition.
