Bridesmaids Brunch

My sweet cousin Lacey got married this past weekend.
Mom and I hosted her bridesmaid's brunch that Friday and had so much fun doing so.

We headed out right after I got off of work on Thursday and made the drive east.

We unloaded our luggage at the hotel (which is hysterical within itself--6 Vera's and about 15 hanging dresses for 2 girls for 2 nights--you get the picture) and then headed to Emily and Austin's home, where we were having the brunch.

Lacey nannies their sweet little one, Davis, and were so gracious to help host and open their home for us to use!

We prepped and planned for the next morning for the bride and her guests.

Everything turned out great and tasted so yummy! :)

I didn't get a quiche picture before it was demolished.
It was probably my favorite thing of the morning.
Well, that and the pretty yogurt bar Emily created :)

The whole spread, minus the quiche that was keeping warm in the oven

I gained a new-found love at the brunch.
Cucumber water.
Seriously, so refreshing.

Plus, a forever-favorite of mine--Mom's Ginger Fruit Tea

4 tsp instant unsweet tea
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. orange juice
1 small can frozen limeade
2 liter ginger ale

Mix the first 4 ingredients well. Then stir in 2 liter of ginger. So easy and so good. (Depending on how many you are serving, you will need to double, triple, quadruple, etc. recipe)

I LOVED the flowers at the brunch.
Those hydrangeas are gorge.

The pretty tablescape for Lacey and her BM's

Momma about to say the blessing...of which she cried all the way through ;-)
