You can't visit your newborn baby niece without a few treats in hand!

I also made oreo truffles.

They are super easy and really good.

Here is the recipe:

ingredients:

1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temp

1 package Oreos, finely crushed

white chocolate baking bars

directions:

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

Crush oreos in food processor or blender.

Mix cookie crumbs with cream cheese and roll into 1 inch balls.

Freeze for about 30 mins.

Melt white chocolate according to package directions.

Remove oreo balls from freezer and dip into chocolate.

Coat and place on wax paper.

Refrigerate.
