We had a jammed packed weekend!
Friday we left at 8 am to head east. We stopped in H'ville and got in the car with Brittany, Lawson, and Averi (and Arden and Grady) and headed towards Knoxville for (cousin) Casey and Kellsie's wedding.
We made it just in time for the rehearsal.
This sweet flower girl did such a good job ;-)

As she practiced walking down the aisle with two other girls, we could hear her coaching her self--"go, go, go, hurry!" So cute!
Saturday was Denise's birthday, so we surprised her with a planned lunch. Pizza is that woman's absolute favorite so we ate at Pizza Hut. It worked out perfectly because it was walking distance from the hotel.
We left a little before her so we could "decorate".
And Averi did her own version of "decorating"… Papa's chair with tissue paper from Nana's gifts :)
Saturday evening was wedding time!
Here are some of the pictures I took of their special day!
Arden, I'm ready to meet you!
Here comes the bride!
These next few just make me laugh...
yup, this is mid-ceremony :)
Averi "shhhhing"… She did a good job staying quiet through the ceremony
I just love black and white… I was tempted to put all the pics in it!
I know I might be biased… but he's a cutie!
I spy… darkened vests from wrist/forearm sweat ;)
Mom and Dad made the trip to celebrate the couple, too!
"… I promise I didn't eat any chocolate, Mom and Dad…"
What a fun wedding!
Sunday morning we headed out early (again… thats what happens when you live all the way on the other side of the state!), riding with my Mom and Dad. We made a quick stop to Sorority Village before jumping on i-40. This was my first time being over there since they broke ground. I loved it! Wished we had that house/development when I was there!
The house looks amazing!

Chi O til we die O!
Once we got to H'ville, we beat the church crowd and got a quick breakfast/lunch at The Crack (Cracker Barrel) before heading on the road again.
That was our celebratory meal for my Daddy who turns 50 next weekend!
I hate we can't be in town for it.
Butttt… I think Mom and Dad are going to have a little shin-dig once it cools down with fam/friends to celebrate their summer of turning 50. We will DEF make it in for that!
Whew… another fun, busy, driving-filled weekend!
