Chicken Lasagna

I made this recipe last week.
Its SUPER EASY--like don't even have to cook the noodles before baking--easy.
And it was delicious.
T loved it.

Ingredients:

2-3 cooked chicken breasts
2 jars of Prego sauce (suggested garlic and Parmesan cheese/I used Aldi's brand 4 cheese)
uncooked lasagna noodles
1 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (plus some to sprinkle on top)
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In 9x13 dish, spread 1 c. sauce and top with uncooked noodles.


Then layer ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.


Cut up chicken in small pieces and place on top. It would also be good to use ground beef!


Spread 1 c. of sauce on top of that then cover with another layer of noodles.



Put remaining sauce on top, cover with foil, and bake in oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees.


Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and let stand for 5 minutes.
