Yesterday, I made Banana Crumb Cake with some of our bananas that had turned brown. Troy and I have enjoyed it the past few days!
Troy said he's figured it out-- he will stop eating our bananas so that they will get old and brown and then I'll make something sweet out of them (like this cake or the Monkey Squares I made a while back). He's such a turkey!
So good with a fresh cup of coffee!!
