Last week, Robin and I planned to go out to dinner this week, and we did just that.
We ate at Molly's La Casita in midtown and it was really good.
But I mean, how can you really go with with chips and salsa and quesadillas.
Not only was the food good, but it was even better to catch up! I got to hear the deets about her new job. She is now a treasury analyst at Methodist Lebonheor Healthcare. You're rockin' it, Robin! (she rocks in the treetop all day long…)
Today, Paige left for China, so I'll be spending much time with their family over the next 10 days. She is going with 2 other women and working with Pearl River Outreach, which is where they first met Janie, sponsored her, and eventually adopted her. I got this picture from their blog.
I'm anxious to hear about her trip via her blog posts and upon her return. :)
Tonight T and I went to Central for dinner because I hadn't planned to cook dinner tonight because I didn't know what our schedule would be like with T studying for his test Monday and me being at the Wrights.
I don't think I'd ever get tired of Central.
Get in my belly, bbq nachos.
And tomorrow I'll be heading east for this…
