We had the privilege of getting to go to FL for 2 weeks in June.
The first week was with my side of the family and the following week was with T's side of the family.
We had a great time getting our feet in the sand at the beach, listening to the ocean waves, cooling off at the pool, eating dinner at Louis Louis, sleeping in and not setting an alarm, listening to live music at Seacrest, meeting up to grill out with our friends, Will and Sara, while they vacationed in Destin, eating dinner at Boon Docks (twice, oops) playing spades, golf, and 31 (card games), getting massages at Massage Envy, eating Five Guys (twice, oops, again), shopping at Pier Park, playing bocce on the beach, eating at Bonefish, getting Menchies, bike riding down 30a, eating lunch at Pickles, eating a bayside dinner at Uncle Ernies, celebrating my Momma's birthday and our fathers' Father's Day, (the boys) playing at the driving range and getting shrimp from the seafood market, fighting the crowds as we Walmart grocery shopped, slipping and sliding at Shipwreck, finishing a total of 6 books between me and T, eating at Angelo's, watching the dolphins at Gulf World, eating Maw's homemade country cooking, beating (creaming, rather) all the other Watson's at the maze, eating at a Watson favorite--Mellow Mushroom, watching Averi and Arden ride rides at the new Miracle Strip, trying a new restaurant--Runaway Island, and ending the trip with a last minute decision to head home around 10pm Friday night.
