Courtney's Shower

One of our family friend's daughters is getting married in June.

Mom helped host her shower this past Saturday.

It was a gorgeous day to shower a gorgeous bride-to-be!

and one last little note...

Mom made her strawberry salsa for the shower.

and it is DELICiOUS!

I thought I'd post the recipe. 

You need: 

1 pint of strawberries, chopped

2 kiwis, chopped

1 granny smith apple, not peeled, chopped

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp lemon juice-optional

Combine all the ingredients above.

Stir until evenly mixed.

Serve with Stacy's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips.

So yum!
