Valentine's Day night I was in the mood to make something yummy since I had no plans because My Valentine was in McKenzie! I had gone on a run earlier in the day because it was so nice out. It was reminding me of Spring and Summer... which in turn made me want to eat some summery fruit. So between wanting to bake something and craving some fruit, I thought fruit pizza would satisfy both wants! After my run, I ran to the grocery to get the stuff to make fruit pizza.
The first time I had fruit pizza was when my mom attended/hosted (I can't really remember) a Pampered Chef party and it was one of the treats at the party. I've loved it ever since. So good and so easy to make!
First you take a roll of sugar cookie dough and flatten it on a cookie sheet/pizza pan/whatever.
Then you bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Then you mix 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar and spread it on top of the cooled cookie.
Then slice fresh strawberries, bananas, kiwi, and blueberries and place on top of the iced cookie. Yummy!
It was a hit at the apartment... Katie, Kiersten, Connor, Ryan, Charlsie, and I all enjoyed it! Thanks, Pampered Chef!
